Tauroctony statue fragment from Sentinum
A marble statue fragment found at Sentinum (modern Sassoferrato) in ancient Umbria, walled in the atrium of the Palazzo Raccamadoro-Ramelli, showing Mithras tauroctone with dog, serpent and scorpion, one foot pointing towards a torchbearer; the bull's head, tail and Mithras's elbow and left arm are lost.

Fragment of a marble statue, found at Sentinum and walled in the atrium of the Palace Raccamadoro-Ramelli.
Mithras tauroctone with the dog, serpent and scorpion. One foot behind the bull points to a torchbearer. Lost: the bull's head and tail; the dog's hind-quarter and Mithras' elbow and left arm. Also Mithras' head was subsequently lost.
