A limestone statue from the Mithraeum at Borcovicium (modern Housesteads), representing a standing male figure in short tunic with bare legs and feet, arms held tight along the body with clenched fists once holding attributes now lost, with part of a snake on his right arm, probably depicting Aion.

Limestone relief, found in the central aisle of the Mithraeum at Borcovicium (modern Housesteads) in 1898.On a base a standing male person, dressed in a short tunic. Legs and feet are nude. He holds his arms tightly down along his body; in his clenched fists he held the attributes, which are now lost. On his right arm part of a snake(?). Head lost. Aion.
