Gaule, III, 262 No. 2279 and fig. Mithras tauroctone. The bull itself has been preserved the best. He has a belt round his body and is represented in such a manner, that its genitalia are clearly visible. The scorpion is lost. Of Mithras only scarce traces are visible. The jumping dog (badly damaged) with its head near the wound; of the serpent only the tail is preserved. Remnants of polychromy.
