Machteld McIllink in AJA 60, 1956, 382 mentions a latin dedication to Mithra found north of ancient Colophon. Prof. L. Robert (cf. Annuaire du Collège de France 1956, 299) informs me that it runs:
Deo sancto invicto Mit(h)rae.
Main inscription
Deo sancto invicto Mit(h)rae.
To the holy unconquered god Mithras.
