Deabus Quadrubis / M. Maianius Pervin[c]us ex / vo[to] posuit.
Deabus Quadrubis: Goldmann, 313f justly remarks that this dedication refers to the crossing near the sanctuary.
"In suo posuit supplendum est, cum lapis provniat ex Mithreo."
