Mihr-Mithra figurine from Hoghmik

The terracotta figurine was discovered in the sanctuary complex of Hoghmik, situated approximately 4 km south-east of modern Amasia, on a rocky promontory above the right bank of the Nili, a tributary of the Akhurian River. The site was excavated by Hayk Hakobyan in 1987–1992 and again in 2006–2015 and was occupied from the 2nd century BC to the 4th century.According to Hakobyan, the figurine was found in a room situated between two cult buildings.
