Altar in bright red sandstone (H. 0.57 Br. 0.20 D. 0.12), found near the south podium at a distance of 3 mtrs from the niche. It is decorated with two rosettes and bears the following inscription.CIL XIII 11791a; Schleiermacher, 52 No. 6.L.H. 0.037-0.098.D(eo) C(auto)pati / T(itus) Mar/tial(i)us / Candi/dus v(otum) s(olvit) l(ibens) l(aetus) m(erito).Two inscriptions on two sandstone altars discovered in 1909 in the central aisle of the speleum of the second mithreaum of Stockstadt, in the province of Germania superior.
