Base (H. 0.84). Was in 1926 in the garden of a house at Sav<;ilar. It cannot be stated for certain that it was found at Sav<;ilar, a little village on the North-West bank of Lake Simav (Synaus), on the border between Phrygia and Mysia. Cumont, Mithra As. Min., 69. On the front the bust of Mithras with Phrygian cap. The bust is surrounded by an inscription: 'HALW(L} ML.&pCX(L} lVhowv / / eXve'&'YJxev / euX'YJv / n fLOU} ]. 78/77 A.D. MYSIA PERGAMUM
