Small marble base, found in one of the private houses along the Via Sacra nearly opposite to the Basilica of Constantine, Rome.

[De]o invicto Mithrae / [ .. U]lpius Paulus / ex / voto / d(ono) d(edit) / anti-stante L. Iustino / Augurio p(atr)i et Melito.
To the unconquered god Mithras, … Ulpius Paulus gave this gift in fulfilment of a vow, under the supervision of Lucius Iustinus Augurius, pater, and Melito.
