The New Mithraeum Database

Les Bolards is a major Roman settlement and sanctuary complex near modern Nuits-Saint-Georges (Côte-d’Or, France), active from the early Imperial period, where several Mithraic monuments and inscriptions have been recovered.

A number of metal objects and weapons have been found in the Mithraeum of Les Bolards, close to Nuits-Saint-Georges in France.

The Mithraeum des Bolards was integrated into a therapeutic cultural complex related to healing waters.
