Bavaria’s oldest Mithras temple discovered in Regensburg

Einen außergewöhnlichen Archäologie-Fund in der Altstadt haben Archäologen ans Tageslicht gebracht. Seine Einzigartigkeit wurde erst auf den zweiten Blick deutlich wurde: Am Stahlzwingerweg befand sich in römischer Zeit ein Heiligtum des Gottes Mithras – das älteste in ganz Bayern!
